Chester was the founder and CEO of Trident Partners Asia, which was a successful search and selection company that has now since merged with Christian Bassett to become Trident Bassett Pte Ltd based in Singapore.
Chester is a devoted father of two young children who spends most of his down time keeping fit, either by cycling (road/BMX), running and paddle boarding.
An avid collector of shoes and sneakers, with a unique collection of over 800 pairs.

Paul-Christian Bassett established Christian Bassett in 2000 after a brief London-based career in fashion recruitment. Specializing in Luxury & Lifestyle, the company rapidly grew, opening offices in Shanghai, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Bangkok around 2009.
Two additional companies were launched at the same time, Christian Bassett Training, based in Singapore, and Christian Bassett Executive Search, based in London.
The expansion continues with the exciting addition of Trident Bassett, which we are committed to developing to become the global leader in sourcing Search & Selection.
